Bruce G. Hodgkin II, 42, of Gorham, Maine, dead of head trauma after crashing a motorcycle in Hamilton, according to the coroner’s office.
His death has been ruled an accident.
Two other motorcyclists in the incident are facing charges after police said they fled from officers during the Tuesday night traffic stop.
Kyle Ramey, 27, of Harrison, and Anastasio Camacho, 31, of Versailles, Ind., are charged with obstruction of business and failure to comply.
