A woman is now behind bars, accused of plotting to kill someone.
Middletown police said investigators confirmed a tip that Jody Back, 49, was plotting to kill her acquaintance.
Middletown police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested Back at Towne Boulevard and Ohio 122 and charged her with conspiracy to commit murder, according to a Middletown police news release.
Back is being held in the Middletown City Jail.
