Hamilton woman identified as victim in weekend crash

A Hamilton woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash in Fairfield Twp. early Saturday.

Ashley Nicole Huff, 27, was the driver in the one-car crash, according to the Butler County Coroner’s Office. She died of multiple traumatic injuries, the coroner’s office determined.

Officers were dispatched to Ohio 129 just west of Hampshire Drive at about 1:50 a.m. for a crash.

FIRST REPORT: Woman killed in early morning crash in Fairfield Twp.

A 2010 Chevy was traveling east on Ohio 129 when the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and rolled, ejecting Huff, according to Fairfield Township Police. The woman was transported to UC West Chester and later pronounced dead.

Fairfield Township Police Department, Hamilton Police Department, and members of the Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Crash Team were at the scene, and the crash remains under investigation.
