Marshals arrest fugitive in Cincinnati wanted in deaths of his sister, her boyfriend in Michigan

A 24-year-old Michigan man wanted in the deaths of his sister and her boyfriend is now behind bars.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Robert Marzejka at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Cincinnati. He was wanted on two warrants for premeditated murder issued by the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office in Michigan. He is jailed at the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting extradition to Michigan, according to marshals and jail records.

Marzejka’s 1999 Ford van was recovered in Toledo and is being held in the evidence garage at the Clinton Twp. police station in Franklin County, Ohio.

According to the marshals, Marzejka is the suspect in the deaths of his sister, Danielle Marzejka, and her boyfriend Seren Bryan, which were discovered Sunday.
