Do you know him? West Chester police ask for help finding window peeper

The West Chester Police Department is trying to identify a man seen looking into apartment windows in the area of Smith and Beckett roads.

The male was caught on camera April 4, and he has been seen in the area on numerous occasions. The subject was described as a white male with short hair and scruffy facial hair.
