The West Chester Police Department is trying to identify a man seen looking into apartment windows in the area of Smith and Beckett roads.

The male was caught on camera April 4, and he has been seen in the area on numerous occasions. The subject was described as a white male with short hair and scruffy facial hair.

Anyone with any information regarding similar suspicious activity or who may know the identity of this suspect should call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040 or call the West Chester Police Department at 513-777-2231.
