A few clouds stick around overnight, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Carrieann Marit said.

Another cool start is expected with lows near 60 degrees, with some in the upper 50s by morning to start the Labor Day holiday.

Labor Day: Sun and few clouds expected for any Labor Day plans, and it will be even warmer with a slight increase in humidity. Highs will be in the mid-80s.

Tuesday: Humidity builds in as many will be heading back to work and school after an extended weekend. It will be hot and humid under mostly sunny skies. Highs reach into the upper 80s.

Wednesday: Hot and muggy conditions are expected with scattered afternoon clouds. Highs will be near 90 degrees with it feeling closer to the mid-90s.

Thursday: Hot and muggy with a mix of sun and clouds is in store. A few pop-up showers and thunderstorms will be possible with the heat of the day. Highs again will be near 90 degrees.

Friday: Partly sunny skies will end the workweek. It will still be warm and humid with the chance for passing showers and a few storms. Highs will reach into the mid-80s.
