Kings Island kids area wins award for best in the world

Kings Island’s Planet Snoopy has won the award for Best Kids’ Area in the World, according to a release. 

For the 18th consecutive year, readers of Amusement Today have awarded Best Kids’ Area in the World to the Kings Island’s kid’s area, Planet Snoopy.

Amusement Today’s 21st annual Golden Ticket Awards took place Saturday night at Silver Dollar City amusement park in Branson, Missouri, the release stated. This event is to honor the best amusement and theme parks around the world.

Planet Snoopy features a collection of Peanuts-themed rides and attractions, including four roller coasters, character meet-and-greets, a petting farm and the park’s infamous blue ice cream.
