Shooting, training center set to open in West Chester

A new firing range and training complex is set to make its Butler County debut early next year.

Touted as “a one of a kind concept in both armed and unarmed self-defense training,” Premier Shooting & Training Center will bring together a firing range, firearms training, a wide variety of martial arts training and a 4,000-square-foot retail space all under one roof.

The new shooting and training stand-alone facility is scheduled to open in February at 4845 Premier Way in West Chester Twp. and will feature:

  • A 20-lane shooting range with both a static range and a tactical range
  • A 4,000 square foot retail store for firearms and accessories
  • An on-site armorer for firearms
  • Large martial arts dojo with adjacent workout area
  • A VIP members lounge
  • Private locker rooms
  • An outdoor patio with fireplace
  • A members café
  • Two large classrooms

Premier Shooting & Training Center will also facilitate corporate team building events and will conduct regularly scheduled training for those of all levels of experience in both firearms and the martial arts, according to a press release.

Premier Shooting & Training Center is privately owned by Myron and Tommie Rowland of West Chester.
