A man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a Main Street bank Tuesday in Hamilton.
At about 2:45 p.m., a man entered First Financial Bank, 970 Main St., passed a note to the teller and was able to get cash before fleeing, according to police.
There was no weapon displayed. Witnesses and bank personnel provided officers with a description of the suspect.
Less than one hour after the robbery, police said they located the suspect at a house on Azel Avenue.

Edward Marcum Jr., 51, was cooperative and confessed his involvement in the robbery, according to police. He fled from the bank on a bicycle, according to police.
Marcum Jr., no address given, is charged with robbery and was arraigned today in Hamilton Municipal Court, where bond was set at $200,000.
He is scheduled to be in court Aug. 15 for a preliminary hearing. He remains in the Butler County Jail.
