Gold Star Chili reopened this week at 3790 Hamilton-Cleves Road following major renovations.
The revamped restaurant, which first opened in 1998, offers an expanded menu featuring a plethora of new options in addition to Cincinnati chili parlor dishes.
Menu items new to the Oct. 7 re-launch of the Ross Twp. location include grilled-to-order burgers, chicken sandwiches made with Southern-style fried chicken breasts, hand-tossed entree salads, double-decker sandwiches, loaded fries and hand-spun milkshakes.
Also part of the renovations are Gold Star’s new brand design in and outside the building.
A grand re-opening celebration with specials and surprises is planned for the weekend of Nov. 2. Guests will receive a free cheese coney with the purchase of any regular drink, a giveaway for free grilled-to-order burgers for a year and more.
Gold Star has more than 75 corporate- and franchise-owned locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
