A Game Knight announces closure in Hamilton after less than a year

A Game Knight, a business that combined games, food and drinks, has announced its closure, at least for now.

The company posted to Facebook on Wednesday that “due to personal reasons, I must close A Game Knight’s doors.” The post said that owners hope to find someone to take over the business that opened on Nov. 30, 2018, at 345 N. 3rd St.

A Game Knight featured more than 300 games in its board game library, plus trivia leagues and Friday night “Magic: The Gathering” play.

It also featured sandwiches, pizzas, snacks and desserts, plus craft beers, cocktails, wine, soda, coffee and tea.
