Stephanie Sandlin, 25, appeared Friday in Middletown Municipal Court from an attempted drug possession/instrument charge in March. On June 6, Sandlin was sentenced to 60 days in jail, but was issued a stay by Judge James Sherron.
When she didn’t meet Sherron’s requirements, she was sent to jail. That’s when she allegedly attempted to get rid on a syringe, according to a police report. The incident allegedly was caught on video surveillance.
