Police still investigating Friday shooting in Hamilton

A Hamilton man has been released from the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound Friday.

Marion York, 47, was found about 2:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Parrish Avenue with a laceration to the head from a gunshot, according to Hamilton police.

York was transported to Fort Hamilton Hospital, where he was treated and released, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

Police have not made any arrests, they said.
