Two 15-year-old Fairfield Twp. boys and two 16-year-old Fairfield Twp. boys were arrested at 5:09 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 7400 block of Morris Road on suspicion of minor consumption of alcohol. One of the 15-year-olds was also arrested on suspicion of obstructing officials business. Casey Weekley, 21, of Hamilton, was arrested on suspicion of four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and four counts of providing alcohol to underage persons.
The theft of $4,800 in jewelry occurred at 12:05 a.m. Sept. 21 from a home in the 2800 block of Hamilton-Mason Road.
The theft of a GPS unit, 100 CDs and $6 in coins occurred between 10 p.m. Sept. 21 and 6:55 a.m. Sept. 22 from a vehicle parked in the 7000 block of Jodphur Court. Reported total value is $926.

The theft of eight pre-paid cell phones occurred between 6:25 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 27 from Radio Shack, 3195 Princeton Road, after someone broke a window to gain access to the store. Reported value is $630 and damage is $2,000.
West Chester Police Department
Someone broke into Apex Co., 5100 Excello Court overnight Sept. 24 by forced entry. A computer, two computer monitors and two laptops were stolen. The total estimated value of the items stolen is $4,230, and there are no suspects at this time. Two other businesses were broken into nearby. State Farm Insurance, 4837 Rialto Road, sustained damage in a break-in, but nothing was stolen; and United Capital Mortgage, 4837 Rialto Road, sustained damage and had a 37-inch television worth $865, stolen.
Someone stole a 40-foot container from WM Hafer Drainage Co., 11220 Mosteller Road, between Sept. 16-18. The trailer is worth an estimated $10,000 and there are no suspects at this time.
Someone broke into a garage attached to a house in the 7400 block of Princess Court sometime between Sept. 21-23 and stole a Craftsman tool box and a Craftsman socket set. The total estimated value of the items stolen is $825, and there are no suspects at this time.
Someone broke into a home in the 8600 block of Bluebird Drive overnight Sept. 24 and stole money, a mahogany box, banking items and several watches. The total estimated value of the items stolen is $1,519, and there are no suspects at this time.
Someone broke into Trailines, 10045 Windisch Road, overnight Sept. 22 and removed an estimated $3,000 worth of copper wire. There are no suspects at this time.
Someone broke into a garage attached to a home in the 6200 block of Donegal Drive overnight Sept. 18. Cash and a laptop computer were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. The total estimated value of the items stolen is $1,560, and there are no suspects at this time.
Three juveniles were arrested in West Chester Twp. last weekend after police said they went on a mini crime spree.
The juveniles, a 13-year-old from Middletown and 15-year-old and 16-year-old, both from West Chester Twp., were arrested after police said at 1 p.m. they stole more than $268 worth of items from Kroger, 8238 Princeton-Glendale Road; more than $212 worth of items from Biggs, 4924 Union Centre Boulevard at 2 p.m.; and more than $67 worth of items from Walgreens, 8614 Princeton-Glendale Road at 3:15 p.m. Each of the crimes occurred on Sept. 26, police said.
Each was charged with misdemeanor theft, cited and released to their parents.
The West Chester Twp. Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks last weekend. In all, 15 local businesses were checked for underage sales; three businesses and their employees were cited for selling alcohol to a person younger than 21, according to reports.
The three employees cited and released during the evening hours of Sept. 25 were Toni Huffman, 38, of West Chester Twp., employed by Jag’s, 5980 West Chester Road; Janice Howard, 51, of Hamilton, employed by BP, 9171 Union Centre Boulevard; and, Shannon Blevins, 33, of Monroe, employed by Speedway, 8350 Cincinnati-Dayton Road. Each of the charges is a first-degree misdemeanor.
