A canine officer from the Franklin Police Department was unable to locate the suspect, described as a white male with tattoos on his neck. Two people in the parking lot said they witnessed the unarmed robbery and they provided police a photo of the suspect.

The woman’s purse was later found by a walker, and it was returned to the police department. The credit cards were missing, the report read.
