- Brittany D. Bishop, 639 Minor Ave., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of possessing drug abuse instruments.
- Richard D. Hajer, 6077 Happy Valley Court, Fairfield; indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (direct), and one count each of possession of drugs, making false alarms, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Tara Nicole Hamlin, 7941 4th St., West Chester; indicted on one count of possession of heroin.
