A convicted felon on parole is accused of raping an 8-year-old girl.
Travis Martin, 38, of Lucasville, was arrested Thursday by the Pike County Sheriff’s Office after he pulled into his driveway.
Pike County Sheriff Charles S. Reader said he considered Martin armed and dangerous, and that before his capture he had stated “he was not going back to prison” and threatened bodily harm.
