Hamilton police were called to a bar early Tuesday morning on a report of a stabbing.
Officers responded to Barney’s Bar on Benninghofen Avenue at about 12:40 a.m. for a man who had been stabbed, according to Sgt. Rich Burkhardt.
A man was found suffering stab wounds, but wanted nothing to do with police.
“The victim was visibly stabbed, multiple times in the upper back,” officer wrote in the report.
The victim, listed only as John Doe, refused treatment and was uncooperative.
“He also refused to give his name,” Burkhardt said.
