During the stop early Friday morning, Lynn refused to let a woman our of his truck by grabbing her by the hair and pulling her back in, according to court documents. He then fled the scene, striking a Ross Twp. police officer with his vehicle, causing injury to the officer’s leg.
Lynn then drove, with the woman still in the vehicle, to his parent’s home and hid the truck behind a barn on the property, according to records. Police determined after the stop that Lynn was driving with a suspended license.
After ditching the truck, Lynn verbally threatened the woman and then took off on foot from his parents’ home and into the woods.
A K9 officer then searched for Lynn for more than three hours. When they found him, “he refused to comply to the K9 officer’s orders and was bitten by the dog,” according to court records. Lynn struck the dog multiple times in the face before being bitten a second time.
He was found in the 6300 block of Dunlap Road.
Lynn is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
