A 30-year-old Lebanon man is facing 29 child pornography charges.

Edward L. On the same date range, the pandering charges accuse Studebaker of soliciting, receiving purchasing, exchanging possessing or controlling “material that shows a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity, masturbation or bestiality.”

Studebaker was not in the county jail as the indictment was issued. He remained free on $30,000 bond posted in Lebanon Municipal Court, according to online Warren County Common Pleas Court records.

A summons for his appearance on April 24 was issued Monday, and the case was assigned to Judge Donald Oda II.

Studebaker was charged in the Lebanon court on Jan. 21 and released on Jan. 23 from jail after the bond was posted.

The case was bound over to the grand jury on Jan. 30.

His lawyer, Steve Kilburn, said Studebaker had no prior criminal record, but otherwise declined further comment at this point.
