A theft from a vehicle of a Batavia police badge and jacket was reported in the 700 block of Forest Avenue.
A known suspect reportedly broke into a garage in the 900 block of Cleveland Avenue and stole a Black & Decker tool set, valued at $80, a $30 air compressor and causing $100 in damages to the door frame.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at an apartment building in the 1200 block of NW Washington Boulevard and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and menacing. Police said officers used a Taser to subdue the man because he wouldn’t stop screaming and using profanity.
An 18-year-old soldier in the 700 block of Clinton Avenue reported returning home while on leave and found that his Rohm 38-Special revolver with ivory grips was missing from his safe.
A 21-year-old man reported being robbed of his cell phone and $280 in cash by three people at a home in the 400 block of South McKinley Avenue.

A 48-year-old Hamilton man was arrested in the 100 block of North D Street for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Police said officers were called after a witness reported seeing the man pull up to an ATM machine, fall into the bushes then crawl back to his vehicle before he parked the vehicle in the middle of the road.
An unknown suspect reportedly gained access to a 19-year-old woman’s bank account and at different times charged various services totaling $1,171.
A woman in the rear alley of the 900 block of South 11th Street reported that her windshield was shot several times by someone with a BB gun. Police said surrounding garages and homes also appeared to be damaged from BB gun shots.

A 39-year-old Hamilton woman of the 500 block of Williams Avenue was arrested for felonious assault and domestic violence after her boyfriend was taken to the hospital with severe cuts to his hands. Police said the woman used a knife and cut her boyfriend during an argument.

Someone reportedly broke the drive-through glass window overnight at Burger King, 1746 S. Erie Highway, and stole the contents of the safe inside.
Assorted women’s jewelry was reported stolen and damages were reported to a Steelclad entry door and a Vinylclad window during a burglary in the 0-100 block of Van Buren Drive.
A male suspect reportedly wrote four bad checks totaling $357.41 to Clark’s Sporting Goods, 15 S. B St. from an account that had insufficient funds and another account that was not under his name.
Three checks were reportedly deposited totaling $5,913.57 into an account at First Financial Bank, 720 NW Washington Blvd., and the suspect then withdrew money knowing she did not have sufficient funds.
A 31-year-old man reported that in a four-hour period someone used his Chaco Credit Union debit card 35 times to purchase items on the Internet totaling $3,190.73.
