Marjorie Bottorff, 52, the person being transported at the time of the crash, was in good condition on Monday at Miami Valley Hospital.
The lanes of travel charge was based on the fact that investigation showed Jones’ truck went left of center and side-swiped another car stopped for the oncoming ambulance before crashing head-on into the ambulance.
No “aggravating circumstances” supporting other charges were found and no other charges were filed.
Jones was scheduled for a pretrial this morning, but the case was closed after the plea and sentence last week, according to on-line court records.
