It appeared a Chevrolet Malibu traveling east on Ohio 129 veered off the road and across the median, striking the front left of a truck heading west, although dispatchers said they could not confirm that set of events.
One ambulance was spotted at the scene. Two people were transported to West Chester Hospital, according to dispatchers.
Eastbound lanes reopened around 4 p.m., according to dispatchers.
