ROSS TWP. — Dylan Caldwell and Dylan Zimmerman ran for touchdowns Friday night as Ross High School’s football team finished the 2018 season with an 18-7 win over visiting Talawanda at Robinson Field.
L.J. Neumaier kicked a 28-yard field goal and the hosts added a safety in finishing 5-5 in Kenyon Commins’ second year at the helm. The Rams were 1-9 last season and haven’t had a winning record since 2013.

Tyler Teeters hit Tyler Prater for a 70-yard touchdown on a screen pass for Talawanda (2-8), which ended the campaign on a seven-game losing streak.
Ross ended with a 2-4 record in Southwest Ohio Conference play. The Braves were 0-6.
