Worth noting: As if Miami didn't face enough problems going on the road in the MAC, the Golden Flashes will have extra incentive as they celebrate senior night. Valley View graduate Brad Miller, a redshirt freshman, is the starting place-kicker for a Kent State team that is last in the conference in field-goal percentage (6-of-13, 46.2 percent).
Pressure is on: Miami's offensive line. The RedHawks must at least slow down Kent State senior defensive lineman Roosevelt Nix, a three-time, first-team All-MAC selection.
Edge goes to: Kent State. The Golden Flashes are playing at home on senior night and have proven they know how to win a game. They are on a five-game losing streak, but they also remember losing at home to the RedHawks two years ago.
