A restaurant that serves burgers made from 100-percent ground beef, and offers hand-dipped milkshakes and more, today announced its newest Ohio location will open in Butler County.

Wayback Burgers' new 2,571-square-foot restaurant at 7690 Voice of America Centre Dr. in West Chester Twp. will open this winter and be the third storefront in the state.

The restaurant serves its cooked-to-order burgers as a single, classic double, triple and triple triple (nine) patty, and offers nine signature burgers.

But the Connecticut-based fast-casual franchise isn’t only about burgers. It also offers crispy, grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, fresh salads and side dishes that include fries, onion rings and house-made chips.

“We are thrilled to announce the opening of our Wayback Burgers restaurant in West Chester,” local franchisee Nayim Aziz said in a statement. “We look forward to delivering excellent service and top notch burgers, fries, shakes and more in the West Chester area and beyond.”

The business will add about 14 new jobs to the local economy, company officials said.

John Eucalitto, president of Wayback Burgers, said the company is pleased to continue the expansion of the Wayback Burgers brand into Ohio with the announcement of the new Butler County restaurant.

“With steady debt-free growth, operations in 26 states and new locations opening at a rate of two per month, it’s an exciting time to be a part of the Wayback Burgers brand, and we wouldn’t be able to achieve this level of success without great franchise partners like Nayeem and his team,” Eucalitto said in a statement.

The new Wayback Burgers of West Chester will feature a warm, red barn board interior with white and stainless steel accents, modeled after the great American roadside burger joint, according to the company.
