Troopers investigate vehicle crash in Franklin Twp. creek

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash in which a vehicle went into a creek in Franklin Twp. this afternoon.

According to the highway patrol’s Lebanon post, the crash was reported about 2:41 p.m. in the 6600 block of Shaker Road, just north of Decker Road.

The dispatcher said a person believed to be the driver was walking away from the crash but was picked up by Franklin police. The car in the creek was on fire, according to the patrol. No injuries were reported at the crash scene.

The patrol had no other information available.
