The outsourcer of telecommunication, IT and creative business solutions is looking to hire at least 50 new employees.
The 40-year-old company with roots in Oxford for 20 years encompasses 3,500 employees in North America. It’s owned by the Trebbi Family, and its CEO is the founder’s son.
The company provides call center and administrative services, as well as market research to a broad mix of companies, according to its website.
John Wesler, office manager for RDI’s Oxford location, said the company is hiring all positions.
“Our immediate need is entry-level positions with intent to track to management,” Wesley said. “In our Oxford location, we need to hire 50 employees to be 120 percent staffed.”
Average salary will vary on position, he said. Interested parties are asked to contact the local office’s talent recruiter to learn more.

GREAT WOLF LODGE
North America’s largest family of indoor water park resorts is hiring for its Mason location.
Great Wolf Lodge, which has locations stretching from Southern California to New England, employs 490 people in Mason.
It is hiring approximately 100 new employees for a variety of positions ranging from lifeguards, waterpark attendants and housekeepers to restaurant servers, dishwashers, cooks and bussers.
Great Wolf offers six dining destinations, a spa, a 24-hour arcade, shopping, a Magiquest interactive adventure game and an indoor water park with slides.
It also has daily activities outside of the waterpark such as story time, an interactive show, character meet and greets and crafts.
“We’re all about bringing joy to families with a fun, memorable and convenient experience,” said Jason Lasecki, director of corporate communications. “We’re a resort destination that is completely self-contained with all of our marquee attractions located under one roof, including the massive indoor water park.

Great Miami Valley YMCA is hiring for more than 35 positions, including jobs ranging from lifeguard to group exercise instructor.
