Robinson said a Hispanic man had purchased a 40 ounce bottle of beer at a drive thru, then fell from his bicycle and cut his arm on the broken bottle.
“He went back to the drive thru and because of the language barrier and the injury, they thought he had been robbed and stabbed,” Robinson said.
The man was treated for the arm wound at a local hospital, where a police officer who spoke Spanish determined it was an accident.
