McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital’s third location of Pinnacle Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine opened in early October at 10 Office Park Drive in Hamilton. The 1,800-square-foot location is next to McCullough-Hyde’s Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic.
The new orthopaedics office joins locations in Oxford and Ross Twp. to offer comprehensive orthopaedic care, injury treatment and prevention, sports medicine, physical therapy, surgery and pain management, according to McCullough-Hyde. The Hamilton office includes three exam rooms, a procedure room and full X-ray services.
“We’re excited to offer the highest level of orthopaedic and sports medicine care at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital,” said Bryan Hehemann, chief executive officer. “Pinnacle Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine has created an experience unlike anything in the region, a level of personal care and collaboration that goes well beyond what the large orthopaedic groups offer.”
Joining the Hamilton practice is Dr. Paul Cangemi, an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in reconstructive surgeries. Cangemi has practiced for 17 years in Hamilton, said Neil Kamphaus, Jr., director of Business Health and Practice Management for McCullough-Hyde.
Pinnacle Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine has a total of eight employees and three physicians serving the three locations.
“All of us at Pinnacle Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine are athletes,” said Dr. Matt Daggy, director of sports medicine. “We know all too well the physical and mental toll of an injury, so our primary mission is to get our patients returned to what they love doing.”
The Hamilton clinic is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays. Kamphaus said the goal is to add a second day each week by the end of the year. The office can be reached at 513-524-1100.
