Craft beer and pizza eatery Pies & Pints has set an opening date for its new Liberty Center restaurant.

Pies & Pints will open the doors of its first Cincinnati-area location in Liberty Twp. at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, according to a sign posted on the business door at the Liberty Center development.

Liberty Center, the approximately $350 million retail, office and residential development at the intersection of Interstate 75, Ohio 129 and Liberty Way, opened with most first-phase tenants in October. Find Pies & Pints at 7621 Gibson St.

Customers can expect bold flavors made with high quality ingredients for a fair price, the growing chain's co-owner Rob Lindeman told Journal-News earlier this year.

Some of the specialty pies on the menu include Grape & Gorgonzola, Mediterranean Shrimp and Cuban Pork. The menu also lists a Classic pizza featuring homemade sausage, pepperoni, in-house roasted mushrooms and banana peppers, topping off the restaurant’s own sauce recipe.

"That's the thing, when you've eaten at Pies & Pints, you know you've eaten at Pies & Pints," Lindeman said this spring.

Diners can also expect to see 36 draft beer handles, filled out by locally-brewed choices. Every server and bartender has Cicerone beer certification, comparable to a wine sommelier credential, and servers can recommend drink complements for meals.

Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays; 11 a.m. to midnight Fridays to Saturdays; and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays. Hours are subject to change. For more information, call Pies & Pints Liberty Center at 513-755-7437.
