A manufacturing company's Warren County facility is looking to add more than 50 new positions.
ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio has been producing braking components since 1989 at its corporate headquarters at 1650 Kingsview Drive in Lebanon. It has expanded there to three large plants and now includes 943 employees with plans to add more than 50 more this year.
The company started with making the front brake disc caliper for the Ford Escort and has grown to be a leading manufacturer of world-class quality braking systems producing components for most of the major automakers including Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Mazda and Nissan.
The company’s biggest need is for production operations. Entry-level positions start at $14.61 an hour with $1 shift differential with regular pay increases available. Other positions to fill in 2019 will be maintenance technicians, PLC programmers, forklift operators, CMM operators, quality engineers and manufacturing engineers.
Headquartered in Japan, ADVICS Co. Ltd. is the parent company for ADVICS North America, which includes facilities in Ohio, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan and Mexico.

Humana Pharmacy
Health and well-being company Humana Pharmacy is hiring more than 85 full-time employees in southern Ohio at its dispensing facility in West Chester Twp. and a call center in Springdale.
Humana Pharmacy is Humana Inc.’s mail-delivery pharmacy service. The convenience of mail delivery and continued growth of Humana’s health plan membership have created increasing demand for Humana Pharmacy’s services, company officials said.
Humana, which was founded in 1961, opened its West Chester Twp. location in 2008, a company spokeswoman said.
The company is hiring inbound contacts representatives, pharmacy distribution clerks, pharmacy technicians and technicians in training. TruGreen
TruGreen, a $1.3 billion North America premier lawn care company with a 40-year history in lawn service, is hiring 12 new employees.
Available positions include sales representative and full-time general laborer. A hiring event is scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesdayat 4041 Thunderbird Lane in Fairfield.
A $5,000 sign-on bonus is being offered.
TruGreen has more than 14,000 associates and says it is a company that continues to add new services for its customers, such as Sprinkler Repair and Maintenance and TruGreen Mosquito Defense.
Forbes, in December 2017, listed the company as No. 10 on its list of Happiest Companies to Work For in 2018.
The company has operations in approximately 46 states, 240 branch locations and 78 satellite locations.
