More Miami Valley Gaming racino job fairs scheduled

The new Miami Valley Gaming & Racing racino is still looking for employees to fill almost 600 jobs in Warren County.

The $175 million racino is scheduled to open in December and officials said they are looking to hire another 287 people for the venue on Ohio 63 near Interstate 75. The racino received about 500 applications after it’s first job fair in Lebanon in July.

They have already hired 276 people and available jobs run the gamut from maintenance crews to food and beverage service to finance and IT positions. Miami Valley Gaming has seven job fairs planned in the month of September.

• Monday from 12:30 to 4 p.m. at Clermont County Workforce One, 756 Old St. Rt. 74, Cincinnati

• Thursday, September 12 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Scarlet Oaks, 3254 E Kemper Road, Sharonville

• Saturday, September 14 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Lebanon Raceway, 665 N. Broadway St., Lebanon

• Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sinclair College, Conference Center Building 12, 444 W. 3rd St., Dayton

• Sept. 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Lebanon Raceway, 665 N. Broadway St., Lebanon

• Sept. 24 from noon to 4 p.m. at Dayton Convention Center, 22 E. 5th St., Dayton

• Sept. 28 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Lebanon Raceway, 665 N. Broadway St., Lebanon.
