A Miami County woman was taken to a Middletown hospital as a precaution following a one-car crash Saturday afternoon on Interstate 75 north in Franklin Twp.
According to preliminary information from the Ohio Highway Patrol’s Lebanon post, the motorist was traveling on I-75 about 70 mph in a Ford Fusion when she told troopers that her left tire spun out on the wet pavement and struck the highway’s dividing wall near milemarker 36 about 5:09 p.m.

She was taken to Atrium Medical Center by Franklin Fire & EMS.
The crash remains under investigation by the highway patrol.
