Witnesses on scene reported a four-door white sedan, that likely now has moderate to significant damage to the front end, fled the scene.
A security camera also captured the same car in the area at the time of the strike, the release stated.
Witnesses also described the driver as a young male with short brown hair.

The pedestrians identity has not been released at this time.
