FAIRFIELD: Recycle a tree in the Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department's Holiday Tree Recycling Program. Trees may be dropped off at the Waterworks Park at 5201 Groh Lane through Jan. 6. A Christmas tree disposal corral will be set up in the Waterworks Park south parking area (the parking lot closest to River Road). Before leaving a tree, remove all ornaments and tinsel. OXFORD: Residents may place live Christmas trees at the curbside on regularly scheduled refuse collection days. Trees will be picked up and recycled by the City of Oxford Streets and Maintenance Division. No yard waste tags are required for this service. Residents are asked to remove all decorations from the tree prior to setting the tree at the curb. This holiday pick-up service does not include wreaths or garland. Questions should be directed to the City of Oxford Streets and Maintenance Division at 513-523-8412. This seasonal service will conclude on Jan. 30.

WEST CHESTER TWP.: Residents may drop off live trees at Keehner Park, 7211 Barret Road (tennis court area) or Beckett Park, 8558 Beckett Road off of Union Centre Blvd. (soccer field area) through Jan. 31. Remove all decorations and plastic disposal bags before leaving trees. The township will chip the trees for compost. General brush, yard debris and landscape material are not accepted. • Rumpke: During the first two weeks in January, Butler County Rumpke customers can leave trees at the curb for pick up with trash. Rumpke prefers trees to be in a disposable bag and if trees are larger than 6 feet, cut tree in half. For the final weeks of January, call Rumpke at 513-742-2900 to schedule a special pick up.
• CSI/Republic Service customers should call to schedule tree pick up collection and pricing. Contact CSI/Republic Services at 513-771-4200. This seasonal service will conclude on Jan. 10.
• Tri-State Landscape Supply, 2864 Cincinnati Dayton Road near Middletown/Monroe, will accept trees at no charge for composting from Butler County residents, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon.
