Kettering Health Network is celebrating the holiday season with lighting displays at its hospitals in Hamilton and Middletown.

The health system’s wish is that these “lights of love” bring hope, warmth and comfort to patients and their families, according to a press release

“Being in the hospital is stressful for patients and their loved ones, especially during the holidays,” says Fred Manchur, CEO of Kettering Health Network. “This lighting display helps add to our hospitals’ ‘healing environment’ by bringing an element of the holiday season to our patients and to all who visit our hospitals.”

Locally, tree lighting ceremonies will take place at 6 p.m. Nov. 26 at Kettering Health Network Middletown (6147 West Ohio 122) and at 6 p.m. Dec. 2 at Fort Hamilton Hospital (850 Eaton Ave.).
