Two-way traffic on Fairgrove Avenue will be maintained at all times, but the lane restrictions are necessary to install gas services and perform restoration as part of the 2017 Miscellaneous Gas Main Replacement Project, according to the city.
The project includes replacement of approximately 3,500 feet of cast iron gas main with new polyethylene gas main.
