The driver was treated by Middletown paramedics on scene.
It appeared she hit a car that was parked on Central Avenue. There was no one in the parked car that suffered substantial damage.

A teen driver flipped her car this afternoon in the 1500 block of Central Avenue and walked away from the accident.
Central Avenue is closed in both directions as Middletown police continue to investigate and wait for a tow truck to remove the car.
