Premier Health and Atrium Medical Center hosted the walk and served as signature sponsors. Over 450 participants attended a health expo with health screenings and booths at the Atrium Family YMCA and walked the two-mile walk through the gardens surrounding Atrium Medical Center.

“The Heart Walk has become an annual tradition at Atrium Medical Center, bringing community members together to take steps for better heart health,” said Michael Uhl, president of Atrium and chair of the 2018 Butler/Warren County Heart Walk. “The event supports Atrium’s and Premier Health’s mission to improve the health of the communities we serve.”

“We are grateful to everyone who came out to the walk and helped raise funds to fight heart disease and stroke,” said Stephanie Anderson of the Greater Cincinnati American Heart Association. “The community support from our sponsors, donors, volunteers and teams was outstanding and we are thrilled to set a new fundraising record.”
