Humana is hiring more than 65 full-time employees at call centers in West Chester Twp. and Springdale.
The positions include customer care advocates, pharmacy technicians and technicians-in-training at Humana Pharmacy, the health care company’s mail-delivery pharmacy service.
Customer care advocates respond to both inbound and outbound customer needs, including order status questions, resolving issues, and answering questions regarding the member’s pharmacy benefits.
Pharmacy technicians and technicians-in-training take inbound calls from Humana members, resolving matters related to mail-order pharmacy, and make outbound calls to provider offices or Humana members, or performing data entry of prescriptions.
The positions are full-time, permanent roles and include a benefits package.
