A crash near the Fairfield Freshman School this morning sent three people to the hospital.

Fairfield police dispatchers said the multi-vehicle accident occurred at about 7:45 a.m. on Gilmore Road.

Three people were taken to Mercy Fairfield Hospital but it is not yet known if the injuries are serious.
