Dump truck overturns on ramp to Ohio 4 in Monroe

Emergency crews were called late Wednesday afternoon to a report of an overturned dump truck in Monroe.

The truck overturned on the ramp from Ohio 63 to northbound Ohio 4, spilling what appears to be dirt and rocks onto the road.

It is unclear whether anyone was injured.
