Dayton Street will be closed from North Second Street to Riverfront Plaza, while Riverfront Plaza will be closed between Dayton and Market streets from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

During the work, crews will be installing gas and water services and putting in fire hydrants.

The Marcum will consist of approximately 100 “upscale” apartments and 15,000 square feet of commercial space, according to the developer. The complex is located by city’s new Marcum Park and the Courtyard by Marriott.
