Police reports: Woman threw away heroin kit in Richard's Pizza restroom

A man police spotted parked with a known prostitute was arrested later in the day on drug charges.

According to police reports, around Bert M. Warfield Jr., 51, of 131 Burnett Ave., Lexington, Ky. was stopped on Maple Avenue by officers for driving a vehicle with a loud exhaust. After running the suspect’s name and social security number police discovered Warfield was on child support suspension.

Police say after patting down the suspect, a crack pipe and a baggie with an off-white rock testing positive for cocaine was found.

Warfield was charged with felony drug abuse of crack and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will appear in Hamilton Municipal Court April 8.

The suspect’s passenger, Stacy N. Radenheimer, 27, of 766 Fairview was arrested on outstanding warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear in court.

A woman attempting to dispose of a heroin kit in the bathroom of Richards Pizza on Main Street was arrested after she fled from officers after an altercation in the 500 block of Ross Avenue.

According to police reports, witnesses matched the description of Kelly N. Preston, 22, of 420 S. Poplar Lot 6, Rising Sun, Ind. to a woman who ran into the bathroom at the pizza restaurant with a box.

Police allegedly found a box in the women’s rest room trash can containing two digital scales, three burnt spoons, six hypodermic needles, a razor blade and empty pill capsules. According to police, these are the common items found in a kit for abusing heroin.

Preston was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. She will appear in court April 8.

A man passed out on a porch in the 600 block of Millville Avenue was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication after police discovered it was not his home.

According to police reports, officers had a hard time waking up Jason T. Gay, 29, of 819 Ross Ave. The suspect reportedly smelled of alcohol and told police to leave him alone. Police say the man said he lived here and stated the address as 819 Ross Ave.

Police say Gay had to be carried to the police cruiser and was charged with disorderly conduct intoxication and resisting arrest.

He will appear in court April 6.
