Stenger, who had a concealed carry license at the time of the incident via the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, reportedly pulled up next to the woman and pointed a handgun at her, then continued driving south on Eaton.
An arraignment late Thursday afternoon was continued until Aug. 22.
Stenger was released on his own recognizance and ordered to have no weapons of any kind.
