Police officers were called around 4:45 p.m. July 12 to the report of an unconscious infant in the 100 block of Kessler Avenue. The child, identified as Rosalie Pantoja, was taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call the homicide unit at 513-352-3542.
