Four struck by car after fight in Fairfield

Four people were transported to area hospitals late Friday night following a fight and crash at a Fairfield residence.

Fairfield police and EMS units responded at 11:36 p.m. to the 4600 block of Matthew Place. Police said several individuals were involved in a physical altercation and as one party attempted to leave in a vehicle, four individuals were struck by the vehicle.

Police said the four injured individuals were reported to have non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have identified everyone involved and said the incident remains under investigation.
