Cincinnati casino announces new restaurant

Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati operators announced Wednesday the casino’s third and final outward facing restaurant.

When the casino opened March 4, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville and Jack Binion’s Steak House opened along with it, and have entrances into the restaurants visitors can access from outside the casino.

Also inside the 400,000-square-foot downtown Cincinnati casino is a 400-seat buffet restaurant, The Spread, and television chef Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burger Palace.

Joining the dining mix later this year will be the newly announced Heraea, a 190-seat sports restaurant and lounge, casino officials said.

Heraea, owned and operated by New York-based The ONE Group, will open its second location nationwide in Cincinnati in the fall. The first Heraea opened inside the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas in February 2013, according to casino officials.

Heraea is described as a “chic” restaurant and lounge with a prominent DJ booth and audio visuals.
