Cameron Scott Kyles, 18, was arrested and charged with Stewart’s death.

A release from Middletown Police Maj. Scott Reeve indicated that the shooting was ruled a homicide.
Investigation indicated that Stewart was targeted because of a drug dealing that was taking place. Kyles reportedly killed Stewart and took drugs and money from his house, police said.
